We issue and enforce this decree by the authority invested in us through the life, death, burial, resurrection, and exaltation of King Jesus — and in the same power of the same God who moved Esther of Susa.

Like Esther, we approach the throne of our King with grace and confidence, believing that authority over the enemy of God’s people has been granted to us.

This decree reverses every edict the enemy has devised to:

We give the Kingdom’s messenger angels charge over this decree, to carry it throughout all spiritual realms in the entire Kingdom of Jesus, in every appropriate language.

We declare that all humans, as well as all powers and principalities of light and darkness, must submit and come into alignment with this decree, for it has been issued under the highest authority.

We agree and declare together that on the very day the enemy plans to carry out his plans, the opposite will happen, and the enemy will be defeated as a result.

In faith, we exercise our power and authority by declaring that not one edict the enemy has established against will be successful.

This decree cannot be revoked, for it is sealed with the signet ring of King Jesus — the highest authority over Heaven and on Earth — through His Spirit invested in us.
